The owner and Director is Karen MacKenzie (CQP, MCQI, MASQ, FCIPD, IRCA Principal Auditor), a highly respected business and quality consultant.  With 25+ years of experience of International and other standards, of auditing against them, of training auditors in them, and problem solving hundreds of different ways to implement them that make them work for you, save you money and make you money.

Karen will go to the nth degree, to find a solution to a problem that does not involve creating unnecessary paperwork, she involves the people who carry out the jobs, she works with them, always keeping in mind the big picture of where your company wants to go strategically. She can magically balance these two things and bring them together.

Karen works for Diageo, Campion Homes, Calnex, Deutsche Wind Technik, Kelvin Nano Technology, Optoscribe, and has successfully implemented ISO management systems in DPS, The Furnishing Service, Thomas Menzies (Builders), Pisys Marine and many more.
